Surrealist Self Portrait Reflection
In my surrealist self portrait I take up the majority of the page being in the center with flowers coming out of one side and a swing ride on the other with goats scattered around. I am also holding boba and a baby Shrek. If people saw this they would think is pretty odd and very quirky and that's how I see myself on the inside.
The flowers represent how much I care for others and the love I want to show the but is hard to express. The swing ride represents my bright and energetic self I believe I am when I am truly interested in something and very excited about. The goats are how random and off topic I can be. Also it represents my fears since goats are known for doing the extreme such as hanging out in trees or scaling a wall that seems impossible to scale and it shows how unsure I am and on the verge of breaking down and freaking out if I am in extreme situations. The baby Shrek represents my interest in animation and art and the boba drink is something I always get with my friends and is a bonding activity, These all show very personal aspects of my mind that may not show on the surface or how others may perceive me to be, but this is how I see myself and who I think I truthfully am.
