Lost Childhood Object Reflection
At first my partner told me that it was a purple teddy bear then told me it was Barney. They didn't give too much description about it since everyone knew who Barney is. The challenge I had with making is Barney is how to make it with limited supplies. I used a tinfoil structure and I had to get purple, green and yellow construction paper to cover the structure with. The problem I kept running into was how the tape wouldn't stick onto the paper that well so I had to layer taper multiple times.
This project taught me how we shouldn't take the projects to literally. My Barney isn't exactly like Barney but it is a recognizable interpretation of him. I shouldn't be such a hard critic on myself since I did try my best to make him with the materials I had and I should try to think of other ways that could have been better and a more creative way to make Barney.
